ππ The Book Cover That Meant More Than Design ππ
There was a time I created a book cover for my best friend β back when her dream was to write one of the realest, best-selling books to ever come out the hood ππ₯
I remember how excited she was, how we stayed up brainstorming titles, colors, and cover ideas that would hit deep β something raw, powerful, and true to her story π€β¨.
Designing that cover wasnβt just another project for me β it was personal. It was about watching someone I loved chase something bigger than the block, something that couldβve inspired a whole generation ππ.
But lifeβ¦ life took a turn. She got caught up in the streets, and things changed ππ¨. I still pray for her β that she finds her way back to that creative spark, that dreamer energy that used to light her up.
Even now, that design reminds me why I started β because every project, every piece of art, carries a piece of someoneβs story. And sometimes, itβs more than business β itβs love, hope, and faith that one day theyβll rise again. πβ¨
